Atlanta Dogwood Festival
Held annually in mid-April, during the blooming of the Dogwood Trees, the Atlanta Dogwood Festival is a popular tradition in Atlanta. Food booths, an artist’s market, hot air balloons, and activities for kids are featured. The festival is held in Piedmont Park.
Atlanta Jazz Festival
Local, national and international jazz singers perform onstage in Piedmont Park at the Jazz Festival, a Memorial Day weekend tradition.
Georgia Renaissance Festival
Jugglers, magicians and a medieval amusement park are some of the events at the Georgia Renaissance Festival, the largest themed festival in the Southeast.

Music Midtown
One of the largest music festivals of its kind in the U.S., Music Midtown has top-name headliners as well as local and regional musicians. In May at Renaissance and Central Parks.
Sweet Auburn Spring Fest
This is an annual celebration of Atlanta’s historic African-American neighborhood. The festival includes a carnival, an artists market, live entertainment and a literary festival. It is held in April on Auburn Avenue in Downtown Atlanta.
